Reservation – Equipment for Youth Events


Step 1 – Confirm Dates

Tell us about your event. We will respond by e-mail to confirm your reservation. Once your reservation is confirmed, proceed to Step 2.

Location

Where will you hold your event? For example, your school yard. For an additional fee ($10/student), The Links at Brunello is available. View, “Events at the Links at Brunello“, (on our group bookings page).


Timing – Gear or Group Arrival (required)

Enter information as applicable to your event.

Instructor

This option is variable, plan ahead! Instructors are based on staff and volunteer availability. Service may be cancelled with limited notice due to illness or exigent circumstances. You may plan ahead by reviewing lesson plans, we can provide direction via e-mail (coming soon to website!).

Equipment Delivery (You Return)

Gear can be delivered to your event, you are responsible for returning it. This option is variable, plan ahead! This service is based on staff and volunteer availability. Delivery may be cancelled with limited notice due to illness or exigent circumstances. Be sure to form a back-up plan to arrange for gear. Storage is at The Links at Brunello.

Step 2 – Submit Participant Details

Send us your participant details! Open and make a copy of this Google Spreadsheet. Enter information. Submit via e-mail, ccns@sportnovascotia.ca.

You may choose to wait for reservation confirmation, prior to completing this form. We will send confirmations by e-mail within 2-4 business days of receiving data requested, in Step 1.
