Financial contributors enable Nova Scotians to discover health, peace of mind, excellence, and fun through cross-country skiing.  CCNS allocates funds to clubs, contributing to the delivery of grass roots programs, educating coaches, and training officials.  Special recognition to local businesses and municipalities across the province who support our volunteer-driven cross-country ski clubs.

Nordiq Canada

Thanks to Nordiq Canada’s generous partners and alumni, our national governing sport body offers a number of grant programs available to support coaches, athletes, officials and clubs. Bryan Scallion Memorial Fund

The Bryan Scallion Memorial Fund was initiated by Dianne Powell, in memory of her husband, Bryan Scallion. Bryan was a decorated Nova Scotia endurance athlete, who dedicated much of his life to achieving in sport and developing young athletes.
