Job Description

Looking for someone to learn and take over the tasks required to keep the club and it’s programs up and running as the current volunteer steps away from the role after 5 years.  Ideally a person would be interested in this role for several years.  

Remote position.  Very flexible.  Knowledge of XC ski community a significant asset.

Hours/week varies but could expect ~5-10 hours per week in December- March.  Hourly honorarium of $20/hour.  The pre-season work has been completed this year and current manager is very available so it would be a great year to learn the process.

Tasks:

• Monitor and reply to emails.
• Set up/run membership and program registration through Zone 4.
• Keep website up-to-date. (WordPress)
• Social Media communications. (IG/Facebook/X(+/-)
• Newsletter on MailChimp.
• Coordinate with Youth and Adult Programming.  
• Coordinate with CCNS for communications
• Coordinate with Seasonal Youth Rental Program.
• Coordinate with Groomers for updates.
• Organization and coordination with treasurer for expense tracking.
