At North Highlands Nordic, you’ll experience winter at its finest on the 12 km trail system, which includes terrain for all abilities. Trails are groomed by a PistenBully tractor style groomer, with 16′ wide groom for classic skiing, skate skiing, and snowshoeing. Rental equipment includes skis, snowshoes and pulk (child’s sleigh). NHN is situated in a natural snowbelt and averages 393.1cm yearly snow accumulation (Environment Canada). The snow base has been known to last into April. The newly constructed nordic centre includes a café, tables for you to enjoy your break, and indoor washrooms. Enjoy the great outdoors and the hospitality of this nordic centre.
