Nova Scotia Athletes at 2022 OUA Championships

by Cross Country Nova Scotia, Staff, March 2, 2022

SUDBURY, ON: Nova Scotia ski team members and alumni represented their respective university nordic ski teams in competitive and supporting roles, at the 2022 Ontario University Athletics (OUA) Nordic Skiing Championships, hosted by Laurentian University, on February 27-28. A highly competitive field of 136 skiers representing eleven universities registered for the event.

We are proud of our provincial team athletes and alumni who are continuing to race a high level, while pursing their post-secondary education. Dedicated alumni are providing support and leadership to university nordic teams, to help grow the sport we all love. University nordic ski teams provide valuable opportunities for skiers of varying skill levels to train, socialize, and improve technical skiing skills.
