Student Athlete Guide


This guide has been prepared by student-athletes for student-athletes. It is a toolbox for those considering combining skiing and post-secondary education. The pursuit of athletics and academics together is not only possible but can also have significant benefits: each one complements and helps to balance and structure the other. This guide provides information and helpful tips to ensure that the experience of a student-athlete is realistic, rewarding, and manageable.

Canadian University Alumni Ski to School Scholarship

This scholarship is to be awarded to an individual who combines excellence in both academics and cross country skiing. The scholarship has been funded by Canadian university alumni cross country skiers and other interested parties to encourage students to continue to combine excellence in both academics and cross country skiing as they proceed with their post secondary, university or college education.
