Ski in Nova Scotia’s winter wonderland

A welcoming group of outdoor enthusiasts are waiting to meet you! Spend time at North Highlands Nordic and experience the sense of community, enthusiasm for winter, and activities for all ages and abilities. New skiers are especially encouraged to come out, there will be free ski lessons and social skis!

The Nordic Cafe is serving home cooked meals daily, there are races for little ones, loppet for every age, free social skis + lessons, 50% off day passes + equipment rentals (Mon-Fri), and more! Keep an eye out for surprise events! All that’s missing is you.

Family Ski Lesson

Everyone is welcome to attend. Cross-country skiing is the ultimate family sport. It’s an activity that brings the whole family to the same location. As your little ones gain independence, they’ll ski off with their pals for all kinds of fun in the great outdoors, while you spend quality time in nature as well. Everyone meets back for lunch with stories of adventure… but maybe everyone won’t be awake on the car ride home.

March break is the perfect time to try skiing with your family – or come out for a group ski, where your little ones will for sure make some new ski friends. 50% off trail passes + equipment rentals (Mon-Fri)
